No such thing as bad publicity

This week Cuban Wheels have turned to the media.

We are taking part in the first Prudential Ride London event on Sunday - it will also be our first 100 mile cycle.

When we entered, I took the opportunity of sharing our story on the application form.  It was picked up by the PR agency involved and through them, Pure Radio in Stockport contacted me as they were interested in finding out more about our fundraising efforts.

We have also featured in Gillian's local newspaper

We are hoping to round off our week of media with an appearance on the TV!  The event is to be covered by the BBC on Sunday - there will be 20,000 cyclists whizzing by, but we will be easy to spot in our neon pink lycra shorts!
